No Surprises

I’m the type of person who hates surprises. Call me a bit of a control freak, but every part of me needs to know the basic who, what, when, and how. That’s just me.

However, last year’s 49ers season wasn’t expected at all and this time I can’t complain.

No one could have called it. They had a depressing 6-10 record the year before and no real sign of hope in the near future. Confronted with an NFL lockout, made it even more difficult to stay optimistic.

Will the Real #84 Please Stand Up?

I told myself that my next blog post wouldn’t be on the 49ers. I’ve written tons of stuff on them already and I wanted to showcase more of my other work. However, I couldn’t resist, particularly with everything going on during the first 24 hours of free agency.

It’s so hard to say goodbye, especially to this guy.

I’ve been a fan of Josh Morgan since he first entered the NFL and became a part of the San Francisco 49ers organization. In the past four years, he has made a total of 131 receptions, 1,764 receiving yards, and 9 TD’s.

NFC Championship: Heartbroken but Hopeful

It’s taken me some time to cope with the 49ers loss against the New York Giants in the NFC Championship.

It hurts just typing it out.

I went from being pissed off, frustrated, and extremely sad in the last 72 hours. I’ve heard all the crap talking that’s been going around. Everyone shared their opinions. And now that I have a clear mind, I feel that I’m ready to talk about last Sunday’s game.

It’s time to put in my two cents.
